About me

Makenna works in customer support at a company that provides software and fund administration services for the private markets. She will be transitioning to the Growth CSM team in June.

In her current role, the most rewarding part of her job is turning negative situations into positive outcomes.

Makenna has won the “Think like an owner” award twice and currently is a senior member of her team. She also participates as a social chair in the Womxn’s ERG and SF Culture ambassador.

Raised in the SF bay area, she has a BA in PR from SDSU.

After college she moved to Austin, Texas solo for a new start and ran two marathons. During this time she worked at Oracle and Navan doing sales development. Makenna currently lives in SF with her fiance.
